This is a recent portrait drawn in pencil. It provides an idea of the detailed and realistic impression that i seek to achieve.
I always spend time talking to customers about the image they are looking for me to capture, and any details they don't require me to include. In this case it can be seen that I haven't drawn the boy's watch as this was not wanted in the portrait.
